Who Are We?
We are the ones that recognize the little guy! That guy who does not normally get recognized. So far, the ones who have
contributed will be listed here. You will also see their names on the awards that they have come up with
because it is key that folks who come up with the idea for an award gets recognized for their brilliance. We try to plaster
the originators idea all over the place. So far, here are the folks who have Contributed:
David Silverlight is the developer of the website. David has been known for his numberous community oriented
sites, most notably Community-Credit.com where you can win Geeky Prizes by contributing to the
development community. If you are not a winner, you can find some of the coolest Geek Gadgets on his newest site, StupidCubicle.com.
Steve Smith is a legend in our industry. He is president of AspAlliance.com and AspAdvice.com. He is a
Microsoft Regional Director, an ASP.NET MVP, and an ASPInsider Board Member. He is an INETA Speaker Bureau member, and author of two
books on ASP.NET. He lives in Kent, Ohio with his wife and business partner Michelle and their daughter Ilyana. Steve is also an Army
Reserve officer, and spent most of 2004 in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. When not playing with software technologies,
Steve enjoys bicycling, hiking, martial arts, and spending time outdoors.
Wally McClure - The most prolific to date of recognizing awards. As soon as he heard of RealTechnologyHeroes.com, he rattled off some of the funniest
Award ideas that I have ever heard. Wally has been long known for his ASP.Net PodCast that is heard by zillions of avid DotNet developers
all over the world. Wally is very supportive of the development community and is an Ineta Speaker and travels across the country giving presentations

Scott Fletcher has done the voice work for the first two heroes. The quality of those first two recordings is but a small
hint of the kind of work he is Capable of. Scott was raised in Montana, received a degree in Art and Sociology from Montana
State University, and worked as a radio personality and a TV weather man for a number of years. Scott also has a deep background
in theater and was a founding member of Venture Theatre as well as the longest-running improvisational comedy show in Montana. He went
on to become a senior propeller-head at a technology company, designing software solutions for healthcare information systems.
Scott maintains his media skills through the years by producing audio and video pieces for use in hotel movie systems, automated
